Residential Purchase: $1,875 + HST Legal support for buying a home, condo, or investment property in Ontario.
Residential Sale: $1,775 + HST Legal support for selling your Ontario property with confidence.
Mortgage Refinancing: $1,375 + HST Discharging your existing mortgage and registering your new one.
Title Transfer: $600 + HST Adding or removing someone from title on an Ontario property.
New Build Purchase (with Occupancy Period): $3,150 + HST Two-closing legal support for condo and freehold new builds with interim occupancy.
New Build Purchase (Direct to Final Closing): $2,075 + HST Legal support for freehold new builds closing directly without an occupancy period.
Builder Agreement: $500 + HST Review of your builder agreement, consultation walk-through of findings, written summary of key issues and considerations.
Private Lending: Legal representation for private mortgage lenders and construction loan financing.
Mortgage Enforcement: Legal representation for lenders enforcing a defaulted mortgage through power of sale in Ontario.
Independent Legal Advice: ILA for real estate and mortgage transactions in Ontario. One document appointments from $875 + HST
Flat-fee pricing applies to standard residential transactions and excludes third-party costs such as land transfer tax, title insurance, ID verification, and registration fees. Wills and Powers of Attorney
Planning for the future does not have to be overwhelming. Dwell Law prepares wills and powers of attorney for individuals and couples across Ontario with virtual consultations and in-person signing.
Wills and Powers of Attorney: $1,000 + HST individual · $1,800 + HST Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney for Property, and Power of Attorney for Personal Care.
