Diane Ulman
FOUNDING PARTNER
Hi, I’m Diane — Founding Partner and lawyer here at Dwell. I started this practice with a simple goal: to make legal services feel more approachable, more human, and a whole lot less overwhelming.
With 22 years in the real estate industry and 14 years practicing law in Ontario, I help buyers, sellers, families, and investors navigate real estate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney with clarity and care.
Before Dwell, I co-founded a local award-winning firm, practiced corporate and commercial law in North York, and spent time in San Francisco brokering telecom real estate leases. I’ve always followed the work that feels most meaningful — and that’s helping people protect what matters.
Clients trust me for my calm approach, honest guidance, and ability to make complex legal matters feel seamless — whether we’re meeting in person or virtually.
Outside of work, I love to travel with my husband and son, unwind in the garden, and find joy in life’s small moments (preferably on a sunny patio, with a great podcast).
