Whether you are buying your first home, selling, refinancing, or making changes to your title, Dwell Law provides transparent flat-fee legal services with personal attention on every file.
Residential Purchase: $1,875 + HST Legal support for buying a home, condo, or investment property in Ontario.
Residential Sale: $1,775 + HST Legal support for selling your Ontario property with confidence.
Mortgage Refinancing: $1,375 + HST Discharging your existing mortgage and registering your new one.
Title Transfer: $600 + HST Adding or removing someone from title on an Ontario property.
New Build Purchase (condominium): $3,150 + HST Two-closing legal support for buying from a builder in Ontario.
New Build Purchase: $2,075 + HST Legal support for buying from a builder in Ontario.
Private Lending: Legal representation for private mortgage lenders and construction loan financing.
All fees are flat-fee for legal work and exclude third-party costs such as land transfer tax, title insurance, and registration fees. Full pricing details including disbursements are available on each service page.
Wills and Powers of Attorney
Planning for the future does not have to be overwhelming. Dwell Law prepares wills and powers of attorney for individuals and couples across Ontario with virtual consultations and in-person signing.
Wills and Powers of Attorney: $1,000 + HST individual · $1,800 + HST Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney for Property, and Power of Attorney for Personal Care.
